Dana’s journey continues as she keeps pushing herself at home on the Octane Q37 Elliptical.  She in now using the consoles unique cross-circuit workouts to work her entire body.  The console has become her personal trainer.  Dana is getting the most out of her workouts and feeling the burn throughout her body.

After a few weeks on the Elliptical, Dana is getting tired and losing her motivation.  She knows she has to get over the beginning hump to reach her goals.  This is when people usually quit - A few weeks in when you are sore, the workouts get harder, and you haven't seen scale-tipping results yet.
